REGISTRATIONS OPEN IN JANUARY

Registration fees include access to the sessions and industry symposia and are excluding of all taxes (VAT 20%).

Registration for the educational days on Monday afternoon is subjected to an additional registration fee.

Early Bird prices are available until March 10 2025.
Registration fees includes : your attendance at the welcome cocktail on Monday at 6.30 pm at the Congress Center, coffee breaks (2 per day) and luncheon cocktails on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as the coffee break on Friday morning.

If you wish to have lunch on site on Friday, please order a lunch box during the registration process.

Your registration will only be confirmed once your payment has been received.

The gala dinner will take place on the level 3 of the Congress center “Le Grand Large’”. Registrations will be closed on D-10

This option can be selected when you register on the platform.

Please note that the applicable VAT rate is 20% 

Your registration will depend on several parameters :

• your EuPA membership for the current year
• Your status 
• The date of payment of your registration

A certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail after the conference.

To register to the conference, you will be asked to create a personal account on our secured platform. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any changes or cancellations must be notified to Dixit via contact@eupa2025-stmalo.fr

• Until  February 28 : refund of 50% of the registration fee
• From March 1 : no refund will be made
  In the case of postponement of the congress - due to an event beyond the organiser's control (force majeure, prefectoral ban, natural disaster, etc.) - 50% of the registration fees will be retained by the organization.

PAYEMENT METHODS

Secured payment by credit card on the registration platform

To pay by credit card, simply fill in the boxes with your card number, expiry date and control code.
A visual card cryptogram is a unique series of three or four digits printed on most credit cards. When you enter your card details, we ask you, as an additional security measure, to also provide the visual cryptogram of your card. We do not store this number, and will only use it to authenticate your card during the processing of your order.
