All speakers are expected to be in their conference room 15 minutes before the beginning of the session to meet the session Chairs. Please follow carefully the instructions received from the session Chairs, in particular regarding the speaking time allocated to you for your presentation.
Beware! The session Chairs will be uncompromising regarding the allocated speaking time. To allow participants to attend the chosen presentation, all oral presentations will have to start exactly at the same time in each conference room and presentations will not be inverted.
Please note that it will not possible to connect a laptop computer in the conference room.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Authors selected for a Flash communication must also prepare a Poster Poster will be displayed in Portrait format only.
Poster size 90 cm width x 110 cm height
Here are some tips on how to prepare your Poster :
· Bring the conclusion up front in the poster and present it as ‘bullets’
· Avoid long sentences, but try to make all your text messages in bullets
· Avoid detailed tables, but try to illustrate your results in graphs and flow charts
· Colours can be used to stress certain sections, but do not exaggerate
· Films and other interactive material or animations are not possible
· Use of a 2D barcode that redirects to a copy of the poster and/or to additional information is highly recommended
Each poster will be on display for 48 hours, with two sessions outlined in the final programme. Poster areas will be divided into two rooms. The exact allocation of posters to each session will be announced at a later date.
2 sessions will be organised to display the posters :
Session 1 : from Tuesday 17 (9AM) to Wednesday 18 (6pm)
Session 2 : from Wednesday 18 (6pm) to Friday 20 1(2.30pm)
The poster areas are divided into two rooms : you will receive your poster number and the room by e-mail.
We encourage EuPA2025 attendees to gather by them for interaction and feedback. As a poster presenter, you will stand by your poster to engage directly with attendees, answering questions and discussing your work in depth.
