Every year, the EuPA Awards Committee awards seven prizes recognizing contributions to the proteomics field and community.
Applications will open in December 2024, so stay stuned !
All these awards will be given to their recipients during the EuPA Awards Ceremony, along other EuPA prizes, such as travel grants.
The goal of the Young Proteomics lnvestigators Club (YPIC) is to favor the networking of young European scientists in proteomics. As such, we are planning several free events for all early career researchers to attend during the EuPA 2025 conference in St Malo.
- Proteomics 101 / Our Proteomics 101 session introduces key concepts, offering participants a choice between a 90-minute deep dive into bioinformatics, focusing on essential tools and workflows for data-independent acquisition (DIA), or parallel sessions covering the basics of spatial proteomics and large clinical cohorts on body fluids with a focus on quality control (QC)
- Career session / The YPIC team is organising an exciting and interactive career session with the aim to explore the key skills needed for success in different proteomics career paths. We are assembling a diverse panel that can help you learn more about life as an academic, working in a core facility, roles in the proteomics industry or transitioning into the pharmaceutical sector. You will hear about our panelists experiences, interact with them during a panel discussion and have the chance to address them individually during a final round-table activity. Whether you are a young scientist reflecting on your career options or a seasoned proteomics veteran willing to hear the aims and concerns of younger generations, this session on the conference’s kick-off day is not to be missed! -
Stay tuned for upcoming details and information ! Should you have any queries, contact us at ypic@eupa.org.
